Supplier Week Promotion - February 2025

Terms and Conditions:

1. The promotional offer is open to Kwik Fit and Tyre Pros Centre staff only (Centre Managers, Tyre Technicians and Fitters).

2. The promotion offers Kwik Fit and Tyre Pros Centre staff a chance to win the following prize:

• A Continental and adidas branded hoodie.
• A Continental and adidas branded size 5 football.
• A Continental and adidas branded cap.

3. No cash or voucher alternatives are available for the prize.

4. The promotional period will run from Tuesday the 11th of February 2025 until 23:59 Monday the 17th of February 2025. 

5. To participate and have a chance to win, entrants must complete the entry form located on the following web page https://www.continental-tyres.co.uk/rewards/partnership-promos/entryform/ during the specified promotional period.

6. Completition of the entry form provides entry into the prize draw. 

7. The prize draw will take place within 8 weeks after the closing date.

8. The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received.

9. The winner will be notified by Continental Tyres and or Kwik Fit within 3 business days of the draw taking place. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within a reasonable timeframe, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected at Continental Tyres' discretion.

10. The promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

11. Continental Tyres reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the promotion at any time without prior notice.

12. By participating in the promotion, the winner agrees to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

13. Continental Tyres and its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising out of or related to the promotion or the prizes awarded.

14. By participating in the promotion, participants agree to release and hold harmless Continental Tyres, its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, rights, and actions of any kind, including without limitation, personal injury, death, or property damage, either directly or indirectly related to or arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize(s).

15. Any personal information provided by participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the promotion and will be handled in accordance with Continental Tyres' privacy policy.
