Rain won’t stop you from stopping.
Brilliant braking in cold weather! The WinterContact TS 860 features a Maximum Traction Silica Compound of ingredients. These help the tyre to stay flexible in cold weather meaning braking forces can be transferred onto wet, icy and snow-covered roads. The result? Significantly improved stopping power. This compound is know as our Cool Chili.
No need to quake whenever you have to brake.
Liquid Layer Drainage! We have a new system of channels or sipes called Liquid Layer Drainage. This helps to reduce the layer of melting water between the tyre and surface, improving braking performance on icy and frost-covered roads.
Whenever you take on a curve, this tyre takes it easily.
Snow Curve+ technology! Our new Snow Curve+ technology compresses the snow at more than 1000 points on the tyre’s profile. This enables our WinterContact TS 860 to lock onto snow-covered roads for better overall grip, especially while cornering.
