Terms and Conditions

Full Terms and Conditions

By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any other requirements set out in the promotional material.

1. Promoter

The Promoter is Continental Tyre Group Ltd, Botanica Ditton Park, Riding Court Road, Datchet, SL3 9LL. No correspondence should be sent to this address.

2. Eligibility

  1. The Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) aged 18 years or over at the time of entry, who have a valid email address, postcode and telephone number.
  2. Employees of the Promoter, the RFU, participating retailers, their immediate families, agents or anyone professionally connected with this Promotion are not eligible to enter. Fleet customers are excluded.
  3. Entries submitted using false identities, multiple email addresses, automated systems, scripts or bulk-entry services will be disqualified.
  4. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
  5. No purchase is necessary.
  6. The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of eligibility (including age, identity and vehicle ownership) and to withhold prize fulfilment until such proof is provided.

3. Promotional Period

The Promotion opens at 00:01 on 15 December 2025 and closes at 23:59 on 11 January 2026. Entries received outside this period will not be valid.
The winner will be contacted on 12 January 2026.

4. How to Enter

  1. To enter, complete the entry form via the Continental Tyres promotional website as linked from the RFU promotional email.
  2. All mandatory fields must be completed correctly for an entry to be valid.

5. The Prize

  1. One (1) winner will receive:
    • One (1) England size 5 replica Rugby ball, signed by members of the England men’s squad, accompanied by an authentication certificate; and
    • One (1) full set of Continental AllSeasonContact™ 2 tyres, defined as up to four (4) tyres, for a single eligible vehicle, or a suitable Continental alternative where the AllSeasonContact™ 2 tyre is not manufactured or available in the required size.
  2. The tyre prize is valid for passenger cars, vans and 4x4/SUV vehicles only. It excludes motorcycles, bicycles, caravans, motorhomes, HGVs, agricultural vehicles and any other vehicle types.
  3. The vehicle must be registered in the winner’s name and be road-legal in the United Kingdom.
  4. Tyre availability is subject to tyre size and manufacturing range. Further details may be found here.
  5. Where the AllSeasonContact™ 2 tyre is not available in the required size, the Promoter reserves the right to supply an alternative Continental tyre of equal or greater value, at its sole discretion.
  6. No cash or monetary alternative is available, in whole or in part. No compensation will be provided where the specified tyre cannot be supplied.
  7. The tyre prize is redeemable once only. The winner may choose to redeem between one (1) and four (4) tyres in a single redemption. Multiple or subsequent claims are not permitted.
  8. While fewer than four tyres may be redeemed, Continental recommends fitting a full matching set of four tyres to ensure consistent safety, performance and tread characteristics.
  9. The prize does not include fitting, balancing, valves, disposal of old tyres, vehicle modifications, travel costs or any other ancillary costs.
  10. Tyres will be delivered to a nominated tyre retailer within the United Kingdom. Home delivery is not available.
  11. The winner is responsible for:
    • Selecting and liaising directly with the tyre retailer;
    • Providing accurate delivery details;
    • Confirming the retailer is willing to accept delivery; and
    • Paying all fitting and related costs directly to the retailer.
  12. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and may not be resold.

6. Winner Selection

  1. All valid entries will be entered into a random draw.
  2. The draw will take place on 12 January 2026 and will be conducted under independent supervision or via a verifiable random computer process.

7. Winner Notification

  1. The winner will be notified by email on 12 January 2026 using the contact details provided at entry.
  2. The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize within 72 hours of notification.
  3. If the winner does not respond within this time, is found to be ineligible, or fails to provide required information, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to a reserve winner.
  4. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for failed or missed communications for any reason.

8. Liability and Insurance

  1. The Promotion does not include any form of insurance.
  2. Any risks associated with redemption, fitting, installation or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
  3. The Promoter shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, damage, injury or expense incurred during or as a result of prize redemption or use, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

9. General

  1. If a winner is found not to be a valid entrant, an alternative winner will be selected.
  2. Personal data supplied will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Notice:

  3. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and to disqualify any entrant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or fraudulent conduct.
  4. The Promoter may cancel, amend or suspend the Promotion where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this unavoidable.
  5. The Promoter and its associated companies shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
  6. By entering, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity related to the Promotion without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
  7. The full name and county of the winner will be available for up to three months after the closing date by writing to:

  8. The Promoter’s decision is final in all matters relating to the Promotion.
  9. These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
