Introducing our new LD-Master L5 Rock
Our newest addition to the LD‑Master Rock range, the L5 pattern, is designed for use in quarry applications, where its heavy‑duty tread delivers powerful grip on rocky and uneven surfaces.
The LD‑Master Rock range has been specially developed for loaders operating in both surface and underground mining environments – abrasive, demanding conditions where high productivity and consistent vehicle availability are essential.
An integrated tyre sensor enables continuous monitoring of tyre temperature and pressure, helping to ensure optimal performance and significantly extend service life.
Meet our latest Multi-purpose tyre, engineered for when the going gets tough
Our latest multi‑purpose off‑road tyre, the MPT91, is engineered to meet the demands of military, forestry, construction, recovery and adventure vehicles, to name just a few. Its enhanced features — including a higher load index for greater versatility, increased puncture resistance and an updated tread compound — ensure the MPT91 is ready for any challenge, anywhere.

Meet the team
We're pleased to introduce our team of experts who are looking forward to meeting you at the show
Rebecca Shedden, General Sales Manager Commercial Tyres
One of the things I’m most looking forward to this year is the live demonstrations in the working quarry. Nothing beats seeing equipment perform in real‑world conditions, and it’s the perfect backdrop for meaningful conversations about performance, reliability, and the challenges operators face every day. Just as importantly, I value the chance to network with the industry’s leading professionals, learn from their experiences, and share how our products deliver real, measurable benefits on site.
Our tyres are engineered specifically for the demanding quarry and construction environments showcased here at Hillhead. Exceptional durability, reduced downtime, and fewer replacement cycles — these aren’t just technical advantages, they’re long‑term value that truly matters to the operators and decision‑makers I meet here. This show gives me the ideal platform to demonstrate why our products are such a strong fit for these conditions.
Whether you’re here to see the latest technology, talk through specific site challenges, or learn more about how our products and solutions can support your operation, our team are here to help.
Tom Godwin, Sales Manager – Earth Mover, MPT & Military
This year will be a particularly exciting one for me as I’ve recently stepped into the role of Earthmover Sales Manager for the UK and Ireland. Hillhead 2026 marks my first time attending in this position, and I’m really looking forward to connecting with both new and familiar contacts, learning more about current industry trends, and listening to the challenges operators are facing on the ground.
I’m incredibly proud to be here with our UK and Ireland team. We’re a strong, highly professional group with extensive experience across the construction and earthmoving sectors, and Hillhead gives us the perfect platform to demonstrate the depth of support and expertise we bring to customers throughout the region.
This year, I’m especially excited to showcase the latest additions to our portfolio, including our new L5 Rock pattern — purpose‑built for the toughest rock applications — and the first release of our versatile MPT 91, now integrated into our Earthmover offering. These products reflect our ongoing commitment to durability, high performance and reliability across mixed‑use and demanding environments.
Thank you in advance for visiting the Continental stand. I’m looking forward to speaking with you, sharing insights, and showing how we continue to support the UK and Irish markets with confidence and capability.
Mike Leedham, Sales Manager OTR
One of the things I enjoy most about Hillhead is the chance to showcase our current and new products, along with our full digital solutions offering. It’s a brilliant opportunity to engage with both new and existing customers, hear what’s developing across the industry, and share how our solutions continue to support real‑world operations.
Hillhead is always the right show for us because it gives Continental the perfect platform to present our ever‑growing product portfolio. There’s nothing more valuable than having our tyres and technologies right here on display — giving customers the opportunity to see, touch, and explore the detail for themselves.
And of course, the atmosphere is always something special. Sunshine or rain, Hillhead delivers a buzz of activity: discovering what’s new, discussing current and future requirements, and having open, practical conversations with suppliers and customers alike. It’s the kind of environment where real insights are exchanged and genuine progress happens.
Ian Jackson, Digital Fleet Solutions Manager
What I look forward to most at Hillhead is the interaction — speaking directly with operators, fleet managers, OEM partners, and the all‑important end‑users. Every conversation helps me understand the challenges faced on real sites, and it’s this insight that drives how we continue developing our premium products and digital solutions. Hillhead is where those conversations become most meaningful.
This year, I’m especially excited to talk about our upgraded Digital Solutions portfolio. From Tyre Pressure Monitoring and Temperature Indication to Issue Alerts, Maintenance Planning, and Reaction‑Time Insights, our system gives operators complete visibility of their tyres in real time. Our new automated Tread‑Wear‑Rate analysis and enhanced historical data collation format represent major steps forward — offering customers sharper decision‑making tools and greater operational efficiency.
What makes Hillhead the perfect setting for this is its authenticity. A working quarry environment shows exactly why our technologies matter. Real equipment. Real loads. Real challenges. And real opportunities for me to demonstrate how Continental’s digital and tyre solutions deliver long‑term value through durability, reduced downtime, and improved safety.
Whether you're here to explore the latest innovations, discuss efficiency gains, or take a closer look at how our systems work in practice, I’m here to share what I know and help you get the most from your operation.

Ready your fleet for the future with ContiConnect
ContiConnect is our digital tyre‑monitoring platform for commercial fleets, now available in select markets worldwide. By digitalising your tyre‑management activities with ContiConnect, you can increase fleet uptime, reduce maintenance costs and maximise fuel savings.
All our radial earthmover tyres are equipped with intelligent tyre sensors that provide real‑time data to ensure optimal tyre pressure and temperature. This leads to improved fuel efficiency and a reduced risk of tyre failure.
Sensors mounted on the inner liner transmit tyre‑pressure and temperature data to a yard reader station, which then reports the status to our secure web portal. You can also capture tyre data using our hand‑held tool and manually upload it to the portal—ideal for vehicles that do not regularly return to dedicated checkpoints or are out of range of a yard reader station.
ContiConnect delivers customised notifications, enabling you to address tyre‑pressure issues in real time and avoid costly breakdowns.
Come and chat to our team to learn more about how ContiConnect can support and streamline your operations.
