Over 120 unique exercises for all different age groups are clearly illustrated by animation or video and in a ready to print format.
Just like warming up reduces the risk of injuries the performance of our tyres similarly reduce the risk of accidents.
In order to provide players with a dedicated area for warming up we've set up a 6-a-side ContiWarmUp 3G pitch at St. Georges Park which is used by players, teams and as part of The FA coach education courses.
